"Qualia", 8 of 12

The term “qualia” refers to the actual subjective experience of a sensation. It is said to be impossible to communicate qualia. Afterall, can one know the taste of a particular food without having eaten it?

My mind toys with the idea of music as a potential communicator of qualia. I have thus created an EP of completely abstract synthetic digital sound that gives form to my perception of reality.

These pieces are dense, complex and precise. Stylistically, they fall somewhere between IDM and bass heavy progressive psytrance.

Dedicated to Don Middendorf, dream psychologist and quantum physicist.
