This lush, tuneful album has been gestating for something like 5 years now… A dense but palatable patchwork of hundreds of different days, melodies and ideas. “Angle” marks the only real meeting between the maximalist, orchestrated sound of my Glasscutter project and the meandering sequenced synthscapes of Griffin’s old Brain Gel Radio project. A massive, shimmering deep sea sound space emerged, and acted as backdrop to my most intense, dramatic and heartfelt lyrics and vocals since Revelation Season: Undressing the Death.
